New Year – New Hobby And It’s Cooking

In the New Year, I decided to start a new hobby and this was to cook more.

I love cooking but wanted to start broadening my techniques and recipes so the perfect idea was to try a wonderful curry kit from Qwerkity.

Qwerkity have a wonderful array of gifts, from gifts for women to gifts for men and in-between.

I love making curries, I love Chinese, Thai and Indian, however never tried Punjabi cooking before so this Punjabi Curry Kit is just perfect for me to try new recipes.

The box that it comes in is fantastic, I expected the different meals to be ready prepared but I was completely wrong.

You get 6 recipes in this, 3 curries and 3 sides so you can mix and match.

Instead of ready prepared sachets I expected, the ingredients were all separate so you have to measure each one out individually as per the recipe.

You get a selection of recipes on a card so you can keep hold of these for future use.

The sachets are resealable so you don’t have to worry about purchasing spice containers for them.

You get hints and tips also to perfect the meals also. What is great about these too, is you can also put in a slow cooker.

There are a few bits you need to add to the recipes, but these are your usual day to day ingredients.

If you fancy spicy, you can add more spice, or mild, then add less. You can tailor it to your taste.

I have enjoyed using this kit and it has opened my eyes to more cuisines that I can enjoy cooking that my family will also enjoy eating.

They were so easy to make with easy ‘Hot to’ guides and give you all the confidence you need to prepare amazing authentic foods.
