Feeling Fabulous In Plus Size with Simply Be

Since putting weight on, I have been feeling awful, with ill fitting clothes and nothing nice in my ‘plus size’… I have been feeling pretty deflated. I never thought of looking online for clothing so because of this, I was feeling fabulous in plus size with Simply Be.

Clothing is something I hate buying, the sizes are completely off and I struggle to find really nice clothing that fits well and looks great. The annoyance of plus sized clothing and different body shapes.

I have always assumed the prices of plus sized clothing on sites like Simpy Be would be incredibly expensive, however I was completely wrong.

The prices are so good and the quality is absolutely amazing, I really did not expect such good quality items either.

The fact that they are plus sized, so you can get one item in most sizes, makes shopping much more pleasurable.

One thing I lack in my wardrobe is dresses, so I had a huge selection of Simply Be Day Dresses to choose from.
From glamorous to edgy, simple to sparkling… there is a gorgeous range to choose from and in plus size.

So I bet you are wondering what I got then? Well I have a wonderful collection of goodies.The first thing I got was a beautiful yellow plus sized frill skater dress.

This is honestly the most comfortable, well fitted dress I have ever worn.
The inside of the dress is soft, it does not catch on my skin either which is a big plus for me with dresses.

The colour is vibrant, but not too bright. Pattern is cute, has bright pastel butterflies all over in an array of sizes.

It’s an easy to wear dress and you can go simple with a little cardigan and ballerina flats. Or tart it up with a thick belt and heels.I love animal print, so a mini haul without animal print is just not me.

The first item in animal print I got is a plus size leopard print vest. This is such good quality, silky and soft.
It wears and washes really well with no shrinkage.

I can wear this with anything, shorts, high waist or low waist jeans, or simply leggings because it’s quite long.
Again, any shoes goes with this, my beloved hi-tops, ballerina flats, pumps… even heels.

You can wear this simple as an every day top or it can be worn for a more dressy up occasion with a pair of simple black pants and heels.

Lastly, pop a black belt around waist or tuck into high rise jeans to give it a different look.The second animal print top is the plus size animal print camisole.

Now this is more of a stretchy material like a vest type camisole.

Again this can be worn with anything and I love tucking this into my high waist jeans and finish off with my Converse or Adidas hi-tops.

I can wear any colour cardigan with it, because it is black and white, it goes with anything.

This is a casual top and one I love wearing!Now my main issue is ill fitting jeans, no matter where I purchase them from I struggle with getting them to fit.
Because I have wide hips and a large bum I find the thighs tend to be baggy and don’t fit right.

However, the Simply Be plus size straight leg jeans in indigo fit me absolutely perfectly.

I was very worried about these but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised.

They are not tight on the hips and bum, but are fitted around my thighs which I am stunned at.

They did not shrink when washed and colour did not fade. I have washed these a good 6-7 times now and still look like new.

As that are a really dark blue, they go with almost everything.

They are really soft and have an elasticated band at the back so on my bloated days, there is even more room. This is important due to me being bloated quite a lot.

The leg is the perfect leg, I got these in regular and they were the right length! Again I struggle getting the right length, either too short or too long. They do not drag on the floor and look fab in heels.Finally, I got a pack of 3 vests in navy blue, spearmint and orange.

Now I have to warn with these, you can NOT dry them!
I dried one and it shrunk, so now only wear this one with high waist jeans.
If they are line dried, they are fine.

Colour does not fade and really good condition after several washes.
These are casual, every day vests that are soft and stretchy too.

I got a lovely haul here and I am very pleased with the fabulous quality and durability. And in plus size!
