Zanussi Lindo300 ZWF01483WR Freestanding Washing Machine – White Review!

The heating element had gone in my washing machine so I saw you could review for Appliances Online and asked nicely if I could review, sending over a review of my dryer I purchased from AO.com anyway.

So the washing machine is a lot bigger than my last one and white, well I had to match my dryer which was white also.

This washing machine has an energy rating of A+++ and with the 30 minutes at 30 degrees wash, how can you complain?

The buttons on the washing machine are all touch instead of having to press in apart from the start button which is one you press in gently.

When it switches on it makes a noise and it lights up ready to select what you want to put your wash on.

You can change the temperature and the spin speed or no spin, although what you can choose depends on the setting.
You can’t have faster spin or change temperature on the 30@30 wash.

The first wash is the 30 minutes at 30 degrees.
I have to say it does clean really well on such a low heat and it’s super quick.
My previous machine had a quick wash and dry but it left my clothes dirty.

The only problem is it leaves my clothes slightly wet so I have to do an additional spin on 1400 just to get the majority of the water off as the 800 spin is not fast enough to get them dry enough so it’s a quicker way to dry.

As well as these, you can change the temperature, spin speed and also the special options like:
Quick (Cuts the time in half)

The water is power jet technology so there is nothing left in the drawer where your washing powder or liquid goes.
There are only 2 slots on this washing machine, washing powder or liquid and other is softner.

This machine is really quiet apart from the water, that is louder than any machine I have heard but it is not a nuisance.
The washer itself is as quiet as a mouse.

When it does full spin, you can’t hear it at all which is fabulous as working from home I need the quietness when working on the phone.

No matter what setting I use, my clothes always come out fabulous.

It’s a massive drum and can put up to 10kg in the machine, even your kingsize duvet fits.

Yes I have washed our massive kingsize winter duvet and put it away ready for next winter.
It came out really clean and I was more than impressed at how great the wash is.

There is no shoe wash which surprised me a little as most washing machines do, but then again you can turn the spin off so it won’t mess your washer up. So I suppose that is how it works for shoes and whatnot.

If I used any prewash or in wash things like vanish, I popped them in with the powder or in the drum.

I really do love this washer and how amazing it is.
It has changed my ways of washing and now happily pop a load on before work and work away happily knowing that my clothes are being washed and I don’t have to worry about anything like noise.

There is also a feature on thwe washer where you can change when it starts so you can do it say 5 hours ahead and it starts when I finish, saving me messing around after work when I can happily go and cook tea instead as it washes away.

The washing machine is priced at £379 (RRP £529) and has a great saving of £150 at the moment.

So if you are after an energy efficient, money saving machine then this one is for you!
