If you have a child who is a picky eater, then you know how frustrating it can be. 1. Make the Mealtime a Family Affair

This will not only make it more enjoyable but it will also be a good way to teach kids about different instruments and sounds they hear in real life! If there are multiple sensations happening, they may not focus so much on the taste of the food.
