I wanted to do another fantastic giveaway and also a Once Upon A Dream Liz Braswell Review where I can discuss this amazing book and also give one of my readers the chance to win a copy!

This Once Upon A Dream Liz Braswell Review will not give anything away about the book, so don’t worry about the spoilers, I know they can ruin a good book! So I will briefly go into the book and then do a giveaway to win a copy!

Older children and adults alike will enjoy this series of books in the Disney twisted tale series, to give us a different spin on what happens if this never happened? Makes you wonder. But they are not as dark as you might imagine, in fact, I think they are really cool books.

Once Upon A Dream Liz Braswell Review

Once Upon A Dream is a Disney twisted tale book and there is I believe, 11 so far. Likely with more coming out as there are other Disney classics they could do.

What if Sleeping Beauty never woke up? What would have happened? Princess Aurora goes on an adventure in the deep, dark depths of her dreams, on a quest to wake herself up.

You will be wondering who she can trust, as Aurora is unable to trust anyone either. Magically transported to see Maleficent and her entourage trying to bring back the sleeping beauty, but do they?

I am an adult, but I have to say that I still love the classics. I prefer reading them these days over watching films. But as a child, I loved the books anyway. These have a twisted start, middle and end and you will constantly be thinking about what happened in the original and how this might end.

It’s never the ending you think!

As you relax and read through this amazing book, Once Upon A Dream will transport you right into the thick of Aurora’s journey into waking herself up from her deep slumber. But is it real?

You are transported to desperation, intrigue, worry and confusion as you are unsure who you can trust, Aurora feeling the exact same thing and this is shown throughout the book. It’s so well written that it feels like you are there, even for me that can’t picture images in my mind (crazy, I know!).

Feeling the intense desperation from Maleficient really kept me on my toes throughout the book, she really did not want Aurora to wake up.

Does she wake up? Well, you will have to read it for yourself. No spoilers!
