Stress is something that can hugely affect both our minds and our bodies. A lot of people don’t think of stress as a physical condition as well as a mental one, but the two things are actually more connected than you might think. When we become stressed due to a certain situation that is going on around us, we feel it in the pit of our stomach, and it can even manifest itself in other ways, such as headaches. Stress can present itself in many different physical ways, and some of these can be to do with our bones and muscles.
