Caring For Your Car With A Carport

We are currently looking to purchase a house, we had a look at all kinds of houses and some did not have a garage facility. So we did look into investing into a carport to stop anything happening to the car especially if we were not around.

You can get one attached to the side of the house, which we were very interested in, or you could get one that is a stand alone.

There is a few different types, the one we really liked is the cantilever carport from 123V

I like the idea of letting in 85% of light so you can wash the car under there without having to drag everything to the front of the house. Just do it at the side as and when needed.

No doors which is great for easy access, nothing worse than waiting ages for your garage to open or having to run outside in the rain opening the garage or doors.

Choosing the right car port is essential and then deciding whether you have someone install it for you, or you choose from a range of DIY Carport Kits and do it yourself.

I am not going to lie, the worst part at the moment is bird poop. I know, annoying. I get fed up of washing it off. Especially if there is a tree near by, our car is a target for it. So having something like this would protect the car from the birds and their flying poop.

Also being from the sea side, we have weather issues like strong winds, torrential rain full of sand and it can ruin the paint work on the car. This would be another bonus as it’s so hard to get the sandy rubbish off your car after a storm. The joys of living near the sea.

I like things to match, so having structures that match the outside of my house would be essential.
If we decide to go for a nice wood colour on the windows, we would want the carport to match. Maybe white (White is boring through). Hey, even black! Black would look cool.

I would like to have some good options and this is a way to get what I want, to match my colour schemes.

You probably think I am a bit mad, that’s cool! I just like things to match or look like they fit in and not stand out like a sore thumb.

So I will be looking at many options for our car when we find our dream home, my favourite idea so far is having a cool carport.

Do you have a carport? Would you consider it? Where would you have it and what would you have?

Choose the best car cover that is specifically designed for the body type car’s make and model of your vehicle. A good quality car cover is a great investment to protect your vehicle from dirt, bird poop, the extreme heat of the sun and harsh rainwater. It is absolutely worth it!

A carport is a better option for car safety. We can select carports based on our requirements, available space, and budget. A carport may come in a variety of shapes and sizes. If you just have one car, you can have a single car carport; alternatively, you may get a double-wide carport or a triple car carport. You may utilise a carport with storage if you want additional storage space with your carport. You have a number of excellent choices for car protection from which to choose. Just need to make a smart decision.
