Oriflame Swedish Spa Exfoliating Body Scrub

I was approached by a wonderful Oriflame consultant to try something in their range, one of the products I was sent was an Oriflame Swedish Spa Exfoliating Body Scrub that looked so appealing.

Oriflame is a company that make natural products that are reasonably priced (They really are, I was amazed!)

They also employ consultants to sell the products, show the amazing products off and make a change to your skincare or make up collection, using products that are good for your skin at a very reasonable price.

This particular scrub comes from the Swedish Spa range which looks and sounds just fab.

Now for the review:

It came in a beautiful big see through pot that is very easy to open.

You can see from the outside that the product looks welcoming, asking you to use it.

Once I screwed off the lid, there was a seal, keeping the product fresh so if you buy one for a present, you know you can store it safely and it will stay fresh and stop spoilage.

I pulled back the lid and wow, I was hit by such a beautiful scent, it was utterly amazing.

The scent I can only describe as exotic, to me, it had a similar scent to pear and freesia. However, I am not entirely sure what the scent is, but it reminded me of that.
A natural, soothing scent.

It’s quite refreshing but at the same time, makes you feel calm and relaxed.

The colour of the scrub is fascinating. It’s almost like blended pear and apple, something I give my 10 month old, he loved blended fruits.

Now the scrub, it feels at first a bit like a very soft dough that you can pull apart, until you wet it and then it becomes an oily scrub that feels just amazing against the skin.

Once you massage against the skin, it’s almost like there is beads of scent as you are hit by a second scent, quite fruity but floral. Much stronger than when first opening the product and this is gorgeous, truly a beautiful scent.

The scrub is not at all abrasive against the skin, it feels lovely, like fine granuals and most of it dissolves whilst scrubbing so you are not left with loads of grains in the bottom of the bath.

It gently buffs away dead skin, even on stubborn places like feet too, it go rid of a lot of dead skin on my feet.

Once I rinsed off the scrub, my skin was left with a light layer of oils which absorbed within an hour after getting out, leaving my skin so soft, there was no need for a moisturiser.

My skin looked brighter, cleansed and supple. Of course, it was super soft.

It hydrates the skin so well, it’s just as good as a moisturiser so it for me, was like a 2 in 1 scrub and moisturiser.

It helped soften areas that are particularly dry like elbows and knees.

It’s a fantastic scrub and a wonder to use, for the price of £9.95 it will last you a while too as you don’t need a lot to buff your whole body.
