Transform Your Life With 5-minute Yoga

To perform the downward dog pose from plank pose, push your hands into the floor, and lift your body upwards. Next, lift your hips up and back, inhale at the same time. Your pose should look triangular, and there should be some space between your heels and the floor. 

Child’s Pose

Finally, end your five-minute workout with the child’s pose. This is a pose that young children naturally assume because it is comfortable and restorative. From downward dog, bend your knees and lower your back. Put your arms by your side and exhale – relax!
