Thea Skincare Rich Herb And Green Tea Detox Body Butter

I love my little collection of butters, I have one for every time of the year, one dependent on how my skin is, and a range of scents to suit my mood.
Thick ones for dryness, thin ones for moisturisation.

I was sent a lovely pot of body butter from Thea Skincare, as you can see from previous posts, I have been sent a couple of things before.

I do like to indulge my skin and this is a brand you can certainly indulge in!

The scents are just perfect in every product, combination of scents are hit with precision, the balance is amazing.

As I couldn’t find any product information for this wonderful body cream, which from the looks of it comes in the spa and wellness packages, instead I will talk about the Brand, Thea.

Look at me, talking away. So let’s get on with the review:

I got sent a beautiful little pot to try, which for me can last for 2 full body coverages, that is enough to make a decision on whether you like a product or not.

However, for lasting effects and long use, I can’t possibly say.

So this review is based on the 2 day use I have.

It comes in a really cute pot for the sample size, it’s perfect to take around you and use on the spot on hands, elbows, knees or a troublesome area.

The lid is very easy to take off and put back on, even when you have the body butter on your fingers.

The scent is beautiful, it’s like a herby cup of green tea, but the scent is rather faint.
You can just about notice the scent.

It actually reminds me of a forest I went through as a child, very earthy green scent.
It’s like walking into a room full of herb plants with a fresh pot of green tea on the go.

It comes in a very thick form, so thick it does not drip. Like a real good body butter should be.

It has a very bright white colour, which I am surprised about as I imagined it to be green when I first heard about it. Maybe it’s just me!

It is fabulously easy to massage into the skin, it melts and becomes a creamy, silky butter that you can caress into the skin, anywhere you need it.

Now you don’t need a lot of this butter as it does become pliable and can be manipulated into a larger area with plenty of massaging.

It does absorb within 5 minutes and doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy or sticky.

Dry areas are instantly nourished and moisturised and skin feels ultra soft after use.

It’s such a gentle body butter, with no chemicals in that can harm, it’s perfect for any member of the family.
I enev used a bit on my kids elbows as they were getting rough, softened them right up!

This is just after one application.

After two applications, my skin felt rather soft and nourished, however after a week my skin was back to it’s usual dryness.

Like I previously said, I couldn’t possibly make a judgement based on long use.
