Melvita Nectar Bright Brightening Exfoliation Mask

I love a good face mask, a glass of wine and a good film. It’s my once a week ritual to relax and give my face a good deep down clean. So Melvita Nectar Bright Brightening Exfoliation Mask was for me.
So this week I decided to try a different mask than my usual, this time I used Melvita nectar bright brightening exfoliation mask.
Now I only have a sample of this, however, you actually get 3-4 uses out of the 15 ml tube. So a full size of 40ml would last you quite a while.

Melvita Nectar Bright Brightening Exfoliation Mask

I love the little tube this came in, it’s easy to open and easy to hold. Dispensing the right amount is also easy too.
I really do love these squeezy tubes, they are so easy to keep around and great for travelling too!

The product is really thick and has tiny beads that are rough, but not rough enough to scratch your skin.

The scent is quite nice, a mixture of talc, fresh cut flowers and a touch herby. Doesn’t smell floral though, it smells like daisies.

Applying Melvita Nectar Bright Brightening Exfoliation Mask to your face is really easy, it’s not as thick as mud masks for example, that completely cover your skin. This covers thinly and is really comfortable to keep on .
It does dry but it doesn’t harden or make your skin feel tight.
The beads don’t irritate your skin whilst it is left on and you can go off and do whatever you feel like doing, it’s quite easy to forget you have it on.

 

 

Some masks make you feel like they are deeply cleaning but this one doesn’t, it’s so light.

Now, add a tiny bit of water to the face mask before washing and the gentle exfoliating beads scrub really well and leave your skin feeling refreshed, getting rid of that awful dead skin but not making your skin red at all, like some exfoliates can do.

Washing off does take a few minutes but if you massage in circles with fresh water it does come off relatively well. 

Once skin is patted dry, I can see and feel a noticeable difference after use.
My skin looks less red (I suffer bad redness around my nose and cheeks) and my skin feels silky soft.
It is very gentle on your skin, some masks make my face redder as do exfoliates.
Not this wonderful mask!

 

As for bright skin, well it looks slightly more luminous and if I use the brightening cream by Melvita after, there is a noticeable difference. That will be in another post next.

My skin feels so comfortable, something I have problems with after exfoliating and using masks. Does not feel tight and feels moisturised and looks noruised.

If like me, you suffer from dry patches, this is the go to product because I have absolutely no dry patches, I can even wear foundation that shows them up…

So to have a beautifully clear, less red face that looks amazing… get on to Melvita!
