Delightful Burt’s Bees Lip Balm Açaí Berry Review

Alright, let’s talk Burt’s Bees Lip Balm – a name we all know, and most of us have slathered something of theirs on our lips at some point. So, here’s my lowdown on the Burt’s Bees Lip Balm Açaí Berry.

I’ve gotta say, when it comes to lip balms, this one’s right up there in my top three. I’m a huge fan of Burt’s Bees Lip Balm range, and let me tell you, it’s been a lifesaver lately.

With this crazy weather, my lips were in a real state, struggling to stay hydrated with my usual stuff. So, I decided to jump on the natural skincare mission and give Burt’s Bees a shot. I mean, they’re all the rage, right?

Burt’s Bees is all about that natural vibe, offering a bunch of amazing scents and flavours in their lip care range. Seriously, they’ve got something for everyone.

So, naturally, I grabbed the Burt’s Bees Lip Balm Açaí Berry, and boy, it’s become my go-to favourite.

I’ve chatted about my winter skincare routine before, even mentioned the Vanilla Burt’s Bees lip balm there.

By now, Burt’s Bees is everywhere. Everyone’s using them, and for good reason!

Burt’s Bees Lip Balm Açaí Berry Review – FYI, this flavour is no longer available. Which is a shame as it was my favourite for a long time. As I am updating this 12 years later, the wonderful product is no longer here. I know, sad times. But there are plenty more reviews on my blog!

The Packaging

When you snag these lip balms solo, sometimes they come without any fancy packaging. This Açaí Berry one did come in a tiny cardboard box, but mostly, it’s just the lip balm. Depends on where you pick it up, really.

But hey, you can also score them in sets, like a trio deal. I usually go for those – saves a bit of cash and sometimes you get a free tin or jar. Sometimes, it’s just a cardboard box, but hey, it’s all good.

The lip balm’s got this sticker wrapping around it that you gotta peel off to unseal it, so you know it’s fresh.

The Açaí Berry one rocks a pretty purple lid. Each flavour has its own lid colour, which is neat.

It’s got this twisty bottom that’s pretty secure, so no accidental squishing in your bag. Twist it up, apply, and twist it back down – easy peasy.

And you know it’s a Burt’s Bees Lip balm when you see that yellow label and the yellow balm. Can’t miss it!

The Real Test!

Applying it is a doddle; these balms are soft but not too soft that they squish. Smooth as butter, no dragging when you put it on.

A light coat and bam! My lips aren’t dry anymore. Leave it on for a bit, and when I use a lip scrub, it’s like the dead skin magically vanishes.

Lasts a good 4-6 hours before I feel the need to reapply.

I’m loving the scent – it’s subtle and hangs around a bit. Can’t quite put my finger on what it smells like, but it’s definitely fruity.

This balm’s a champ under my lipsticks and other lip products, especially the ones that usually dry out my lips. It’s like a shield against the dryness.

Even my kids are into this stuff. It’s a win-win – they get hydrated lips, and I get them hooked on lip balm. Brace yourselves for more lip balm reviews ’cause we’re digging this range!

We’re all about good lip care, and I reckon you’d dig these Burt’s Bees balms too.

Now, just so we’re clear, I paid for this with my own cash, and this review? All me, all true, and totally in my own words.
