New Year Resolutions in Animal Form

When the New Year is coming in, we can feel a little daunted especially when we start thinking about

New Year approached really fast, before I could blink it was 2016 and I had no resolutions at all.

So over January, I have been thinking (A little too late) about what I need to do for 2016.

The below picture essentially shows a few of mine, explained below.

I couldn’t help but laugh and relate to some of these pictures above, I am sure everyone will relate to one too.

This funny picture is from Discount Suppliments and it is pretty comical.

So I had this lovely money box sent to myself and it has 2 of my actual resolutions on.

The place I am more prone to breaking this is in my office, so I keep it in there on my desk right next to me.

When the box starts to get full, I shall empty it and share the money between my children so they can spend it on something they want.

I need to smile more, I am often called miserable and need to be happier, every conversation I start is now with a smile.

If not, I pop £1 in the money box.

Next is to cut down on caffeine, it is something I drink rather a lot and limited myself to one per day, any more and yes £1 goes into my money box.

I have quite a few pounds in there now, not doing very well am I? Totally blame the fact I got a fabulous Dolce Gusto machine for Christmas.

Doing more yoga is one, although it says cardio, in my head it says yoga haha.

I just had a birthday and one of my presents was a yoga mat, a beginners yoga DVD and a self-help book. Many may see this as offensive but I was delighted. I have no excuse to not start now (Yes, I have done 2 sessions already)

Having Fibromyalgia, the only way I can help this condition is if I help myself, I have to keep active, exercise lightly and take an assortment of supplements.

Discount Supplements has a great line of supplements which can help reduce some symptoms and even a discount if you click the link.

So wish me luck on my New Year adventure. It’s going to be a good one (Albeit a month late)

Have you stuck to your New Years resolutions? Have you made any this year?
