The Body Shop Olive Gift Set
If you are looking for a gift idea, then check out The Body Shop Olive Gift Set.
I am a huge fan of The Body Shop and I bought the Olive gift set for a family member, loved the scent so much that I purchased one for myself.
In the gift set, I got:
Olive Soap
Olive Cream Body Scrub
Olive Shower Gel
Olive Body Butter
Green Bath Lily
This is a great gift idea for the family members that love olive products, or would really enjoy a soak in the bath with a deliciously scented bath set. The Body Shop Olive Gift Set has been a great treat as a gift for my family and will be something I continue to send them.
The scent is the same for all of the products, it is almost like a Marzipan scent, but not as sickly sweet.
It’s not strong either, it’s a really subtle scent and smells great on your skin.
I loved The Body Shop Wild Argan Range and this one is just as wonderful!
Olive Soap
This came in a olive green bar and is your average bar of soap shape with no corners.
It foams up really well and cleanses without drying the skin out.
The olive soap bar did not dry out when not using and did not go funky like some soaps can do, you know where the top dries and cracks and the bottom goes soggy.
It stayed a perfect bar until finished.
I really like how the skin does not dry out when using, something I struggled with using other types of soap.
It’s a great little soap and good for all of the family.
I have many body scrubs but most are gel-based and I find they dissipate quicker when using.
However, this luxurious cream scrub moisturises at the same time as exfoliating the skin.
The Olive Body scrub is a pale green cream based scrub with light brown scrub particles.
It’s ever so gentle and really effective, buffing away the dead skin as you massage on to your skin.
Leaves skin soft, smooth and nourished.
Also leaves a light scent on your skin after using.
Olive Shower Gel
I really like this shower gel, it’s a dark green, clear body wash that foams up really well and if combined with the bath lily, it exfoliates and nourishes the skin so well.
When the body wash combines with water, it foams up and effectively cleanses the skin again with no drying.
The Olive Shower gel rinses off very easily and leaves no residue on the skin like the rest of the shower products.
Only need a little as a little goes a long way.
I love The Body Shop body butters.
Each one is different and has different properties or texture.
This Olive body butter is very thick but melts with warmth.
It’s easy to massage into your skin and does not leave a thick layer on your skin either.
It absorbs pretty rapidly in comparison to other butters and leaves a lovely, light scent on your skin.
It’s especially good at targeting dry areas, providing moisture and nourishment to the skin.
It’s perfect for after exfoliating as it creates a barrier to the skin and calms down the redness in a few hours. (I go red after exfoliating)
Dry patches are soothed and gone in a few uses and my skin has never felt so good.
It’s too heavy for the face so avoid using on your face.
Knees, hands and elbows are softened after a week of continual use also.
When using the set as a whole, it provides ultimate nourishment and moisturisation to the skin.
Green Bath Lily
I love the bath lily’s, they are the perfect size for exfoliating and cleansing your skin.
They are soft but effective, without being harsh on your skin.
I also really like the colour, olive green of course!
The packaging for the products is good, I keep them and store trinkets in them.
Have you tried the Olive range yet? What is your favourite Body Shop range?
