Tools For Meditation
I am one that loves to meditate and there are many ways you can meditate in the comfort of your own home. There may be some tools for meditation you may be interested in however you can meditate inexpensively and in your own time.
Whether it is using online mediation tracks or burning incense, there are so many ways that can help you meditate and have that time alone you need.
So I am going to get into some helpful tools for medication you can consider.
Tools For Meditation
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation you can find online for free or you can purchase one if you wish.
YouTube has quite a few you can use however just be aware some may have ads and may interrupt your session.
From soothing chatter to building your confidence, you can be sure to find the right guided meditation for you.
Meditation Music/Sounds
This is a great way to meditate, pop on some relaxing and soothing music or even sounds such as the sea.
Again you can find these online for free, or you can purchase them as required.
Fancy floating off into a beautiful wooded forest? There is a sound for that.
Maybe you wanted to relax on the beach? There is a sound for that too!
Even gentle twinkling sounds.
Crystals/Beads
Crystals and beads can help with your energy and helping you relax and take a load off.
Even mala prayer beads are a good idea to help with your meditation exercise.
Candles
You can either use fragranced or unfragranced candles whilst meditating.
I like to focus on the flame as I meditate if I am not up for closing my eyes. It’s a wonderful way to relax and let all the stresses leave your body.
Incense/Scents
I find using incense and scents helps me focus much better whilst meditating.
If I am feeling really stressed, I would use more lavender based scents to help me relax.
Being Comfortable
The most important aspect is making sure you are somewhere comfortable. I refer to meditate on my bed so I am comfortable and can lay down if needed.
Having a cushion to sit on or something soft will help avoid any pains when sitting back up.
There is no sure fire way of what will work whilst mediating so it’s always a good idea to try the more inexpensive things instead of paying out for money and realising it is not for you.
