How To Save Money On Your Australian Vacation

If you’re heading over to the ‘Land Of Down Under’ this year (or any other year for that matter), you should do what you can to save money. Australia is a wonderful place to visit but due to the vast size of the continent, the expensive hotels, and the wide range of things to do, it can be quite costly.

#1: Get a discount on car hire

There are lots of public transport options in Australia, including trains, buses, ferries, and trams. But if you would rather get around on your own, without having to stick to transport schedules, it’s wise to hire a car. 

There are lots of car rental places in Australia but to save money, you should consider those that offer the cheapest prices and cars that are fuel-efficient.

#2: Find free things to do

Sure, you could spend money on safari trips and pay the entrance fee for one of Australia’s many tourist attractions.
